Data and purposes
Appointment requests may involve your name, email, selected service, preferred date and time, message and necessary contact information. These data are used to respond to requests, organise appointments, deliver services, keep records secure and comply with applicable tax and accounting duties. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Legal bases
Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c); security and fraud prevention, where applicable, on Article 6(1)(f). Separate consent is requested for marketing where legally necessary. The booking acknowledgement is not marketing consent.
Recipients and service providers
Authorised staff and necessary service providers may access data, including hosting/email operators, Google for calendars/video meetings and Stripe for payments. Payment card data should be entered on the payment provider’s secure page, not in the appointment form. Any international transfers, if applicable, are subject to the relevant GDPR safeguards.
Retention
Data are retained for as long as required for their purpose and for subsequent mandatory legal, tax, accounting and limitation periods, as applicable.
Your rights
