Meaning of an appointment request
Sending an appointment form is only a request; it does not confirm a booking or create an immediate payment obligation. Our team checks availability, confirms the proposed slot or offers an alternative. An alternative requires your acceptance.
Duration and fee
An initial consultation lasts 60 minutes. The advertised fee is €50 (including applicable taxes); the final total, taxes and invoicing information must be presented before payment. Online appointments are paid through a secure link after agreement on the date and time; office appointments may be paid in cash during the visit.
Changes and cancellation
Please email [email protected] to request changes or cancellation. Refunds and cancellations depend on the service status and mandatory consumer law; this notice does not waive statutory rights.
Distance-contract withdrawal rights
For consumer distance service contracts, a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period generally applies from contract formation, subject to statutory exceptions. When requesting performance during that period, any legally required express request and information must be collected separately. Loss of the right after a paid service has been fully performed requires the statutory conditions; checking the booking privacy box does not waive this right.
